Rate limiter in BaseXVSProxyOFT provides partial containment: per-tx USD limit, daily 24h limit, per-chain mint cap. Contingency: emergency wallet authorization via VIP in DVN downtime. These mitigants reduce maximum single-event loss but do not change the fundamental 1/1 threshold.
