How to read this
Every protocol is graded against 184 evidence factors across 13risk categories: audits, governance, oracle dependencies, economic design, operational history, and more. Each category receives a 0–100 severity score (weighted by red and yellow findings); the letter grade is bucketed from a core-five-weighted protocol risk score, with critical-factor reds adding a direct penalty and single-category caps ensuring no catastrophically weak area can be masked by strong scores elsewhere.
