Community forum post documents 745,057 XVS delegated from 0x6027...AdD339d to Venus Labs as of October 2025. Quorum = 600,000 XVS. Venus Labs holds sufficient delegated XVS to pass any VIP unilaterally (745K > 600K quorum). Approximately 600K of the delegated XVS is alleged to be bootstrapped governance tokens from Binance/Swipe era, never returned. Gini coefficient not computed (Dune 403) but qualitatively >0.85.
