Evidence summary #

TRON uses Energy/Bandwidth model, not gas. Standard EVM gas-price willingness signal does not map to TVM substrate. Energy consumption spike equivalent is the TRON analogue but requires TronGrid event subscription not yet implemented. T-09 phase-2 signal.
