SUN DAO governance is gauge-weight voting with weekly Thursday 08:00 SGT snapshots. Effective ~7-day cadence for parameter changes. No rapid single-block proposal execution path. No Governor Bravo-style instant execution. GaugeController changes by admin are immediate but admin is a separate EOA role, not proposal-execution governance.
