Evidence summary #
StakeWise v3 does not use DEX TWAP oracles in any core price path. The Keeper reward-update cadence (rewardsDelay = 43200s / 12h) is an oracle-update-frequency control, not a DEX TWAP window. OsTokenVaultController computes the rate from beacon-chain-state accumulator, not DEX pools. Factor applies only to protocols using DEX TWAP for asset pricing.
