Hot-wallet signer flag
Rocket Pool's assessment for RD-F-030 — scored not_applicable on the v1.7.0 rubric. The evidence below is the curator's reasoning for this score.
Evidence summary #
Hot-wallet signer flag: post-Oct 2025 guardian disablement, there is no single privileged admin EOA. The former deployer EOA 0x0ccf14983364a7735d369879603930afe10df21e is no longer the RocketStorage guardian; its remaining transactions are routine non-privileged interactions. With no admin EOA holding unilateral protocol power, the hot-wallet/cold-wallet distinction does not apply. The pDAO governance path (RPL-staked voting + 1-week vote delay + 1-week upgrade delay) does not depend on any single signer.
