Full instruction enumeration of programs/whirlpool/src/lib.rs found no rescue, emergencyWithdraw, sweep, skim, or drain function. collect_protocol_fees is the only fee-extraction function and it only extracts protocol fee accumulations (not LP capital). LP positions can only be closed by position owners. No admin drain-in-1-tx path found.
