CCIP bridge endpoint exists for Solana syrupUSDC and LayerZero OFT adapter for SYRUP. No Maple-specific rate-limiter confirmed on bridge contracts. CCIP has protocol-level rate-limiting. Solana TVL = 0 (low exposure). [batch-24 addition]
