Wormhole docs: 19 Guardians. Joint bridge proposal: 2-of-2 threshold. For BNB/Avalanche wstETH minting, both Wormhole VAA and Axelar attestation are required. This is a defense-in-depth design. Green because validator count exceeds the threshold (19 for Wormhole; >100 for Axelar).
