Jupiter is not a bridge. No bridge surface identified per profile (has_bridge_surface: false). The Solana network has had historical validator-coordinated pauses, but these are network-level events, not protocol-level rate-limiters implemented by Jupiter. Jupiter has not implemented a protocol-level withdrawal rate-limiter or emergency chain-pause capability. Factor applies to bridges only per taxonomy definition.
