The MEXC 16 address holds ~1,832 ETH and $50M+ in tokens consistent with a live CEX operational hot wallet. Safe owners 2 and 6 were also funded from MEXC 16 in the same week (January 14–16, 2025), consistent with coordinated team wallet setup at protocol launch. MEXC is not an OFAC-sanctioned entity. No mixer interactions found in any of the assessed wallet histories. The 30-day pre-deploy window (Safe deployed 2025-01-16) is clean.
