Large governance proposal queued
Falcon Finance's assessment for RD-F-101 — scored gray on the v1.7.0 rubric. The evidence below is the curator's reasoning for this score.
Evidence summary #
Large governance proposal execution queued | Applicable: No (no on-chain Governor; Snapshot space ffgov.eth not active) | Signal cannot fire against current multisig-only governance model. v1 launch signal but N/A for this protocol. Would not fire.
Detail #
Falcon Finance governance is exclusively the 4-of-6 Safe multisig (0x1E482B60bf19Cb1cc859389e0eA3DED153f16Bd7). No Governor contract (OpenZeppelin, Compound-style, or Aragon) has been identified. Snapshot space https://snapshot.box/#/s:ffgov.eth exists but governance features are described as 'currently in development' with no active proposals. The signal requires ProposalCreated/ProposalQueued events on a Governor contract — none possible with current architecture. Safe ExecuteTransaction events (nonce 1-16) are the governance mechanism, not a Governor contract. Signal cannot attach to this model in v1 form without adapting to Safe OwnerAdded/RoleGranted events.
