CCIP does not consume external price oracles for token transfer decisions. Fee estimation uses Chainlink Keystone (internal push) and AggregatorV3 as fallback for LINK/USD, ETH/USD, and gas prices. No third-party oracle provider. CCIP IS the oracle layer for cross-chain function.
